Sekunjalo Investments Limited - Results of the Annual General MeetingShareholders are hereby advised that the requisite majority of shareholders approved all of the ordinary and special resolutions tabled at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Monday, 8 February 2010.                 

The special resolutions will be lodged with CIPRO for registration in due course.
